The first line of hair care products dispensed from spongy sheets that
readily "fit" on any plastic styling brush and are simply
used by brushing. The hydrophilic polymer based sheets are not post
impregnated but are "foamed" in situ during the manufacturing
process. The product line includes an in-between-shampoo hair refreshing
sheet, a water-activated hair styling (fixative) sheet, and a temporary hair coloring sheet.
A cleansing/treatment sheet for pets has also been developed.

DEVELOPER'S SOLUTION
We created a system of revolutionary reticulated foam dispensing sheets
to deliver hair care ingredients. The line of products are based on
the formulary flexibility of a hydrophilic urethane prepolymer combined
in situ with unique aqueous phase formulations which are foamed onto
a moving conveyor and die cut into sheet stock.
- The
hair cleansing and deodorizing sheets, brushed through dry
hair, are formulated with solvents, detergents, conditioners, proteins
and an odor neutralizing fragrance to revive and refresh hair styles
in-between regular shampooing.
- The
hair styling fixative sheets, brushed through just shampooed
wet hair, are formulated with water-activated resins, de-tackifiers,
proteins and fragrance and offer a range of styling effects including
Extra Hold, Wet Look, Natural Hold, etc.
- The
temporary hair color cosmetic sheets, brushed through just
shampooed wet hair, are formulated with water-activated resins, de-tackifiers,
pigments, protein and fragrance to temporarily color the hair until
the next regular shampoo.
